CANCELLATION POLICY
I am fully committed to providing all guests with exceptional care. When a scheduled appointment is canceled without given notice, it prevents another guest from being seen. Any appointment that is longer than 2 hours requires a deposit of $50. A deposit reserves your time slot and is applied to your service total. Your deposit is non refundable, and non transferable. Please call or text 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment to notify of any changes or cancelations. If prior notification is not given within 24 hours, you will be charged a fee for the time you reserved.
